From October 19 to 21, Toronto hosted the AACSB Deans Conference - a prestigious gathering of over 700 representatives from business schools around the world. The event serves as a platform for discussing key challenges and opportunities in economic education. Her Magnificence the Rector - prof. dr hab. inż. Celina M. Olszak, represented the University of Economics in Katowice, along with representatives of other Polish universities of economics.

The conference provided a space for sharing experiences and, above all, for deep reflection on the future of business education. The theme - "Business Schools at a Crossroads: Redefining Relevance" - invited participants to consider the purpose and meaning of higher education institutions, as well as the value of business and management education.
